Lintel Replacement
Whalley Range, Manchester
Bi-fold doors install and open plan kitchen works. Steel box frame was designed to replace bowed timber lintels and reinstate lateral stability to the rear elevation of the property. Box frame specification was due to basement below - primary aim was to spread column loads back across the length of the basement wall and avoid concentrated loads

Front and rear extension, garage conversion and loft conversion following raised roof. Open plan spaces, apex glazing with atrium, oriel window and mezzanine were the primary features
